Switching power supplies with 10,000W, programmable output voltage, parallel function (up to 4 units / max. 40kW), built-in remote ON/OFF control, 3-phase AC input and auxiliary power in a sealed enclosure. These devices have built-in active PFC function and are protected against overload, fan failure, overvoltage, overtemperature and short circuit. They are air-cooled (SHP-10K_) or water-cooled (SHP-10K-_L), have a CAN bus interface and comply with EN62368-1, EN55032 class A, EN55032 class B, EN55011 class A and EN55011 class B. We offer the following types of this Mean Well series: SHP-10K-55, SHP-10K-55L, SHP-10K-115, SHP-10K-115L, SHP-10K-230, SHP-10K-230L, SHP-10K-380 and SHP-10K-380L.
Payment Information
When will my order arrive?
• The products you purchase are delivered within the delivery date range specified on the product detail page. You can also check the delivery date of your orders in the “My Orders” section under “My Account.”
• If the product says “Ships in 24 hours,” your order will be shipped within 24 hours. These products are “FAST DELIVERY” items.
• When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via SMS by the shipping company.
• After your order has been shipped, you can track its shipping stages through the “Where is My Cargo?” link in the “My Orders” tab under “My Account.”
Is there a delivery fee?
• For all products without the “Free Shipping” label, shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the package size and will be shown in your cart during checkout.
My order arrived when I wasn’t home.
• If you are not at the address, the shipping company leaves a note informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch.
• If you do not pick up your package from the branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to our company.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
Always check your order in front of the delivery person.
• If there is damage to the package or the product, you can return it to the shipping company without accepting it.
Request a “Damage Report” from the delivery person.
If you sign the delivery slip and then notice damage or missing items, you can request a return code through the easy return option on your order page.
Return the product/package to our company along with the report and invoice via the shipping company.

• Shipping companies deliver to homes every day except Sundays.
Where is my cargo?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification titled “depoyabak.com | Your Order Has Been Shipped” and an SMS from the shipping company.
You can track your shipment in 2 ways after receiving these messages:
• Using the “Track Cargo” link in the notification message.
• Using the “Where is My Cargo?” link in the “My Orders” tab under “My Account.
